Personalized nutrition

Written after we hear your goals, kitchen, and routine — not a one-size chart.
Roti, rice, dal, and tiffins stay on the plate. Portions and swaps do the work.
Work days, festivals, and travel are planned for. Strict elimination is not the default.

A short check — if several of these fit, this program is likely relevant.
Have type 2 diabetes or prediabetes and cook Indian food
Need clearer portions for rice and roti
Want family meals with adjusted servings
Are on medicines or insulin and need meal timing that matches them
Prefer coaching that will not change your prescription
Most people do not fail because they lack willpower. The plan often does not match real life.
Most people do better with a measured serving plus dal and vegetables than with a total ban that rebounds.
Insulin and some tablets need meal timing. A generic chart cannot see your prescription.
Fruit juice and jaggery still raise glucose quickly. Whole fruit in agreed portions is different.
Office canteens and festivals need swaps. A one-page list rarely covers Tuesday lunch.
The written plan is customized from five things we actually ask about — not a guess.
Fat loss, hormones, glucose-aware eating, pregnancy, or recovery — we write to the goal you name.
Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, egg, or non-vegetarian. We do not force foods you will not eat.
Family dinners, festivals, and eating out are planned, not ignored.
Office tiffins, shift work, and travel get swaps so the plan can be followed on a Tuesday.
Follow-ups adjust portions when hunger, energy, or reports change.

Four steps from a free assessment to a plan you can follow — then adjustments when life changes.
Share your goals, how you eat, and any reports you have. The first consultation is free.
We review lifestyle, food preferences, and medical context you share with your clinician’s care in mind.
You receive a written Indian meal plan with swaps for home, tiffin, and eating out.
Follow-up calls and WhatsApp support during Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Not 24/7.
Items on every monthly plan, plus extras that start at Standard.

Indian meals you already recognise. These are examples — your written plan is personal.

Breakfast
A fibre-forward start. Tea without sugar unless your clinician has another rule.

Lunch
Plate method: vegetables, protein, and a set cereal serving.

Snack
If glucose is stable and your plan includes a snack.

Dinner
A lighter cereal serving at night is common. Your logs decide the exact portion.
These are examples. Your actual plan is personalized to your requirements.
Carbohydrate in rice, roti, fruit, milk, and sweets raises blood glucose. Protein and fat slow the meal. Fibre from pulses and vegetables does the same. ICMR guidance for type 2 diabetes and ADA Standards of Care both emphasise an individualised eating pattern, weight management when needed, and carbohydrate awareness — not a single celebrity diet.
The plate method is practical: half non-starchy vegetables, a quarter protein (dal, fish, egg, chicken, paneer), a quarter cereal. Millets can replace some rice if you enjoy them; they are not magic. Fruit is allowed in planned portions; fruit juice is usually a poor swap.
If you use insulin or medicines that can cause hypoglycaemia, meal timing must match your prescription. We never tell you to skip a dose to “eat freely”. Bring recent fasting/PP or CGM notes if you have them.
Nutrition coaching on this site supports general education and meal planning. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your physician’s care.
Talk to your doctor or obstetrician before major diet changes if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take prescription medicines, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

“The plan matched my reports and my doctor’s advice. Portions and meal timing were clear enough for office tiffins. I finally understood what to do with rice instead of cutting it out completely.”

Usually yes, in a measured serving, with dal, vegetables, and protein. We do not automatically ban rice. Your doctor’s targets and your glucose response decide the portion.
Millets can be a useful swap if you like them, but portion still counts. They are not a licence to eat a larger pile.
No. Only your clinician can change medicines. Some people need less medication after weight and meal changes — that is a medical decision after labs, not a nutritionist’s instruction.
We can discuss food around a plan your diabetologist already set. Insulin dosing is not something we prescribe. Type 1 always needs specialist medical care.
First consultation is free. Monthly coaching is Basic ₹999, Standard ₹1,999, or Platinum ₹2,999. This website does not take card checkout.
